CLUE: ON STAGE – Sep. 29 – Oct 3, 2021 It’s a dark and stormy night and you’ve been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Based on the popular board game and cult-classic movie, CLUE: ON STAGE is a madcap comedy that will keep you guessing until the final twist. Written by Sandy Rustin, based on the works by Jonathan Lynn, Hunter Foster, Eric Price, David Abbinanti. Directed for JLT by Tegan Whited.
PLAID TIDINGS – Dec. 1 – 5, 2021 Forever Plaid, your favorite heavenly boy group, brings us Plaid Tidings . . . just in time for the holidays! Frankie, Sparky, Jinx and Smudge return to the Walnut where they once wove the magic of the 50s and 60s into the hearts of everyone. So stuff your stocking with 1950s tunes and Holiday gems. It’s musical fun with a big plaid Christmas bow on top! Book is by Stuart Ross. Directed for JLT by Carolyn McGowan.
DRIVING MISS DAISY – Feb. 2 – 6, 2022 Alfred Uhry’s classic play is a searing, funny and hopeful meditation on an unusual relationship. Daisy Werthan, an elderly Jewish woman living in Atlanta, is determined to maintain her independence. However, when she crashes her car, her son, Boolie, arranges for her to have a chauffeur, a Black driver named Hoke Colburn. Daisy and Hoke’s relationship gets off to a rocky start, but they gradually form a close friendship over the years, one that transcends racial prejudices and social conventions.

MAN OF LaMANCHA – Mar. 23 – 27, 2022 The funny musical story of a mad, but kind and chivalrous, elderly nobelman, Don Quixote who, aided by his squire Sancho Panza, fight windmills that are seen as dragons to save his fair lady, Dulcinea. Book by Dale Wasserman, music by Mitch Leigh, lyrics by Joe Darion. The original 1965 Broadway production ran for 2,328 performances, won five Tony Awards and has been revived 4 times on Broadway, becoming one of the most enduring works of musical theatre.

MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMELOT – May 18 – 22, 2022 Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’ this musical comedy retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table and features show girls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits and French people. Playwright, lyricist and composer is Eric Idle with additional composers John DuPrez and Neil Innes. The 2005 Broadway production won three Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Directed for JLT by Becky Arnall.
